Registration Information
Compliance to the following rules will help to make the bird
sale as trouble free as possible. Prior registration will
allow us to set up the appropriate number of stalls and
minimise your waiting time at the start of the sale. 1 . All vendors should be registered with the ASSA by COB, 13 May 2010. 2 . Registration will be acknowledged by return Email or by telephone. 3 . Subject to space availability, registrations may be allowed after 13 May and on the day of the sale but no guarantees can be made regarding the provision of a site. 4 . Birds intended for sale should be listed at the time of registration. 5 . The following fee structure will apply to vendors wishing to bench birds for sale: · Society members $5.00 · Non-members $15.00 · $0.50 per bird for birds with an arbitrary sale value of less than $5, (for example Zebra finches, King Quail etc) 6 . Registration fees must be paid at the venue prior to the start of the sale and are non-refundable. 7 . Vendor badges and cage tags will be issued at the venue when registration fees are paid. 8 . Vendors may use their own tables but please advise us of this at the time of registration. 9. UBSSA Bird Sale Code of Practice Apply
